As a fit-out contractor for hospitality projects, we are committed to leaving a memorable mark in any hotel project we put into practice. We have always preferred quality over quantity. We have put into practice such designs with assertive concepts or created specially designed rooms or common usage areas for hotels. During the performance of these works, we always keep in mind the indispensable elements of a hotel architecture and design. One of these elements is acoustic. We believed that a common living space focusing on comfort should be dealt with in an approach that the guests would not bother with one another. And these were followed by subtle details, the use of durable materials, lighting, hotel millwork and ff&e.
What would we remember after leaving a hotel? What is hotel interior decoration, really? A statue? A room? A garden? Or only an instantaneous feeling… During the design of a hotel lobby or concept room, our aim is to present a visual feast that would out the general concept over the top and that makes the guests feel privileged. The lobby area we have put into practice in the hotel architecture and design project D Maris Bay Datça Peninsula has been designed and implemented to be both comfortable and eye-catching. On the other hand, there is a special place in our portfolio for some certain rooms we have implemented with a special approach. Acting as a fit-out contractor for hospitality projects, we have made come true the feelings of prestige, elegancy and serenity that the designer wanted to create in the presidential suite with our hotel millwork and FF&E skills at the St. Regis İstanbul Hotel. And we wanted that each square meter of the space we used generates inspiration and creativity while putting into practice the “Designer’s Suite” at the same hotel. We created a delicate balance between colorfulness and simplicity during the implementation. We selected such materials that are durable, cost-effective, sound-absorbing and that offer privacy to the guests.
And another room of the same location; for the area we have put into practice especially for the brand Bentley, we have implemented all the details that the designer had referred to the car. We proceeded with the lighting in line with this approach. It was one of the critical issues we carefully dealt with that we used dark-colored materials for hotel millwork and ff&e in a way we avoided making the room darker. And also, we dreamed that the bathroom we had shaped with privileged materials could be a living space where the guests would like to spend time.
As another hotel interior decoration project, we designed and implemented D Maris Bay Datça Peninsula Hotel Suite and, we did not compromise on the quality of the natural materials used for the general concept of the hotel and did not give up the motivation of making the guests feel at home. We proceeded with an approach that reminds the guests of the feeling that they are in a luxury area with the help of semi-transparent partitions and peaceful lighting.
Beyoğlu Benesta is a good experience for our residential interior decoration projects. Our purpose for this project located in one of the most crowded areas of the city was to ensure that the guests would experience the concept of luxury together with the nature and allow them to breathe in this chaotic area. We have created some certain partitions in the common usage areas such as terraces and lobbies, where the guests could get socialized.
